Guest guest
Dear Lila....what is it that you are asking advice on? How do I recieve guidance when I'm in the thick of it? or Why do I have a certain pattern of behavior showing up in my enviroment? or How can I work more fully with honouring the Divine within myself and others? There was a time in my life where I was surrounded by quite a significant amount of anger and criticism....and I was dumbfounded at the time as to why I was having this experience. I had no clarity. You can use some of the Aquarian Sutra's to help you move through these difficult, befuddling experiences. 1) "Recognize that the other person is you" -every relationship in our life, in some way reflects a part of us. When we look outside of ourselves for a solution, we come up empty handed....because the problem is never with the other person....the problem lies, in what gets triggered inside of us, when we experience the other person's behavior. These relationships are in our life to remind us of parts of ourselves....sometimes we enjoy what is reflected...sometimes we recognize a need to heal something that is reflected. -so meditating on recieving a deeper understanding of what part of you is being reflected in these critical experiences will bring some clarity. 2)"Understand through compassion or you misunderstand the times" How do we develope compassion for our own actions and the actions of others? Through widening our perspective to see fully your experience to date in this life and how that resevoir of experience, has shaped every action you have ever taken in your life...good, bad or ugly...and then doing the same for the other person. It's the old "walk a mile in another's shoes" ....but without the blame game that usually gets tacked on to it. Through the developement of compassion we cease judgement of ourself and our brother. This fosters understanding and understanding fosters the experience of love in our life. 3)"Vibrate the cosmos and the cosmos will clear the path" -when we can see our experiences through a neutral heart and the experiences and actions of others....our intentions in life become dynamic....we begin to experience the flow...we begin to co-create a reality based on love and acceptance rather than fear and separation and all the experiences/emotions that go along with that. When we can do this in our life, we become a "person at prayer"...life becomes a meditation. The advice I would give you Lila...is to keep diving inward....keep following the process....make your practice a living Truth. When you find yourself wanting to control instead of recieve guidance....THIS is the moment which you need to catch yourself and apply your practice...if you can't apply your practice in the moments you need it most...what use is it? This is our challenge always. How can I live in Truth? How can I cut through the net of illusion in my life? Simply by keep applying the process....the more you do apply it in times of adversity, the more you will begin to recognize..."hey! this actually works!" Ha Ha! And you can begin to rely on it to come through in any circumstance..."trusting in the process"! (As I come to understand more deeply everyday in my own practice!) When I meditate in search of answers...I begin with a statement to God/Universe etc....help me to understand more fully what I need to heal most in this moment...or what it is that I am unable to see...or how this experience I had relates to an inner process etc etc.....then begin to chant....remember, keep your focus at the 3rd eye point and RECIEVE whatever is present there and eventually the mind will begin to balance, you will experience some neutrality and some clarity will come. Feed back/clarity comes in many forms...emotions, thoughts, images...experiences in the enviroment..track these and be aware. No matter how many times you go off thinking, just keep coming back to the 3rd eye point focus, recieve and allow all sensation. The more you train your mind to do this, the more it will support you in your higher path and the easier it will become to access that neutral space of guidance in times of adversity. Is it True? Is it kind? Is it necessary? (this is speaking from the heart, being genuine in your expression and having the willingness to recognize underlying agendas in the words that we speak to one another...and realigning our agendas with the heart center). In my experience the more I focus my attention inward on my own thoughts and feelings and healing where I am blocked...the more I see my relationships in the world shifting and changing in a more fulfilling direction.
