Sat Naam,

A regular practice of any kind of yoga or meditation is a way to help change

self-destructive habit patterns (or any other kinds of negative ones for

that matter).

The Kundalini meditations most recommended for this purpose are:

Kirtan Kriya

Sat Kriya

Sodarshan Kriya

Medical Meditation for Habituation

Also any meditations which concentrate on letting go or releasing are good.

Again, regular practice where you build your times up, or doing a 40+ day

sadhana of any will increase the benefits and make greater change.

....now I just need the Kriya for Motivation to do Sadhana!!!

Bless!

Ranjit K.

What understanding do you have of your own internal dialogue?

Ranjit is correct. Any Kundalini practice will create a shift a more

self love. Depending on where you are, you can choose a set that

addresses an issue head-on as it surfaces and get some immediately

satisfying experience that will inspired you to keep on and maybe steer

clear of having to re-invent the wheel.

Sat Nam,

Dharam
