Your posts are very informative and hit the nail on the head.Dharam - (means right path? Guest guest
Sat Nam Lyn, " I do not know what Simran means, however, I think Seva means to help, ...Your posts are very informative and hit the nail on the head." Seva means "selfless service" and "simran" means constant rememberance of the Infinite......although I don't know if this is the exact translation of Seva Simran's name....as Yogi Bhajan sometimes gives gives a twist when he decribes it for you...it's not always the direct translation of the words. Although we can have an impression, as you've said, through people's postings what the name embodies. There's a line in a Peace Family song "Carry us Home"....and it goes..."In the compnay of the saints...I am whole...I am whole" (they are singing to Guru Ram Das to carry them home)....I love that line...and I love being in the company of the holy....it makes me feel whole! Ha ha! All Light, Sat Sangeet
