Guest guest
I got the CD Sound of the Gong from Yogatech. I LOVE IT. However, often times about 1/2 way through I fall asleep. Am I getting the same healing on a subconscious level since I still have the headphones on while I'm sleeping. Or do the vibrations heal more when we are in a mediataive state? Sat Nam! Guest guest
Falling asleep is okay, my opinion, but something else may be going on for you. Try interlocking your fingers (Venus Lock) and resting them on your navel point. The Gong is powerful and "things" can be brought to the surface. Sleep may be wonderful letting go or it can be an avoidance mechanism. I'll leave it up to you to feel that out? Additionally, the effects of the Gong are stronger if you whole body can feel the sound waves, so you should try it without the headphones. Do you have a good stereo?
