white tantric and summer solstice

Satnam ji,

White tantric yoga and summer solstice are quite a combination

and when you asked about being amongst so much people I could not help

giggling. I have been going to summer solstice for the past 12 years

and each year I go I experience the running away feeling of 'to

many people'. It usually goes away after the second day. I don't get to see a

lot of sikhs or yoga students in the same place at the same time so it can

be intimidating or overly stimulating for a moment ...We all experience I

think.The really powerful thing is to see that much people in white. It is a

real chakra raising experience and can bring out all kinds of emotion. It is

the micro consciousness switching to the macro consciousness and this can

happen at solstice but you have to go through it.It is worth it and no amount

of yoga can give you the experience. It is set up to push you to come out of

isolation but also help you find the balance by the end of camp.You can stay

in your tent as much as you can but the energy is so vibrant that you will

find your self smiling and joining in and experiencing the group

consciousness.Being a hermit myself I do have to go through some opening up

which is so good for the mental health of a person.

I will never forget my first solstice coming from another country and having

to handle the culture of another.The showers at the time were just one big

shower room with individual shower heads without shower curtains!!! We were

not prepared for that.My friend could not handle it. For two days she took

two buckets of water to her tent to shower! When that did not work she took

showers late at night.. It was quite an experience.We both grew up and

expanded so much. By the end of the camp we were both taking showers without

to much hesitation.The group consciousness, the seva, the food, the music and

the love won over our expectations and limitations for a week for we knew we

would have to leave this heavenly place soon enough to get back to the real

world.. The following year however shower curtains were installed...Thank you

Guru Dhan... I have gone ever since for the last 12 years. There is no other

experince like it. It is a place of miracles and the place where I feel the

Aquarian age consciousness the most . I recommend to you the blessing of

Summer solstice and white tantric in New Mexico.It will elevate you

,strenghten you and will deliver you to a space of consciousness that you

will never forget.
