The Healing Heart Yoga Center, Inc - Hudson Leick, a well known yoga teacher from the West Coast, is hosting a yoga seminar/workshop on Sunday June 8th in Charleston, West Virginia. Miss Leick is a member of the California Yoga Teacher Association and has done her teacher's training with renowned yoga masters such as Ana Forrest, Erich Schiffman and Gurmukh. Miss Leick's classes are a mix of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. Each worshop is based on camaraderie and acceptance; everyone is welcome.
