All blessings for your health and well-being Leo...

It's good to express your confusion, fear and frustration...it helps

to clear the channels abit so you can sit down and be in the moment

with more capacity....being in the moment, allows you access to

intuition and grace.

I became very ill last night...to the point that I was bginning to

think I might die (this sounds dramatic...but in the moment it was

very intense)....my fear wasn't of dying....my fear/guilt was that I

had made a decision (poor judgement on my part) that had led to this

experience I found myself in. In that moment faced with what I

thought might be the end...my thoughts were...I can't forgive myself

for having acted irresponsibly, in the choice I made, that lead to

this outcome, I was experiencing. (I was having an extreme reaction

to a cleanse I am on.)

My point is...faced with death...we get really clear on what it is

that limits us in this lifetime. For me, it's this belief/ thought

pattern that, I can't trust myself to act responsibly, when given

the power to choose....this is what I need to heal in order to move

forward.

So there is a gift somewhere in this pile of garbage you are dealing

with...and you'll find it by moment to moment processing and healing

what is arising for you.

Every morning when I sit down to meditate I journal alittle bit,

like you said, to unload a bit of the emotion, so I can begin to get

some clarity...and I make the statement "God, what do I need to heal

most in this moment to move forward today?"

Then I begin to meditate, with awareness...trying to recognize all

forms of feedback that might be coming my way...I feel all feelings,

I witness all thoughts and I continue to "be" in my experience as

fully as I can...and guidance always comes... and it keeps coming

until I can recognize it as such.

May all clarity and Divine Light be yours,

Sat Sangeet
