Satnam,

In relation to metals in the body I am no expert other than I am recovering

from lead poisioning. It is serious business and you have to take care of it

before it becomes worst.

Yogi bhajan told Me to take cilantro tea and I did that and it saved my

life.I still have problems related to poisoning but my body is cleansed from

it .I boiled a fresh bunch of cilantro for about 10 minutes and then let it

steep. I drank this continuously for at least 3 days and when I finally took

a blood test they said that my blood was abnormally low in lead.... it pushed

everything out.I could feel the metals.

Cleansing from lead is very heavy stuff and you can get sick on the

cilantro. Some people can only take a couple of tablespoons and they start

having reactions to it because of the cleansing.

SEE your docter. I had no choice so I went through it..Yogigi also recommmed

that I see DR Soram in LA and do the program with him, he is famous for these

kind of problems. I don't have his number but someone on the post should have

it.You could also check in the 3ho website.

You also need to find out why you have the problem and where metals are

coming from. Check your house and yard and everything in your life and get

rid of the toxins around you. Please take care of your self and keep us posted.

Peace and Love

Thanks for the advice, I will try the cilantro tea. I think I should

specify this is not a recent development for me, as long as I can remember

my blood has had avery metallic taste to it and my hands have always

struggled with the cold. I could never spend as much time as the rest of

the kids playing outside in the winter, even with gloves, I would have to

come in and spend twice as much time warming my hands by a heater as I

played outside, just so they would work again. I don't know what it could

be in my environment. I'll let you know if the cilantro tea helps. I'm

going camping this weekend, so that should be a good test for my hands. I

don't plan on cutting myself, so I may not actually taste my blood.

Coriander leaves are known as cilantro in the US. The Sanskrit/Hindi name is

dhania.

Cilantro's taste is a fragrant mix of parsley and

citrus. Cilantro is the leaf of the young coriander

plant, Coriandrum sativum, an herb in the parsley

family, similar to anise. Cilantro is traditionally

used in Middle Eastern, Mexican, and Asian cooking.
