I have been lurking here for a few months now....very much appreciating the thought feeling and insight...thank you all for that......I wanted to introduce myself and also ask a question about finding kunalini people in the philadelphia area. I know that a teacher is not necessary but I have recently felt as though I should seek out someone or someplace......guess I'm noticing that I am a little isolated......pretty new to kunalini thoughts and practices.....It basically found me and this whole expanding consciousness thing has been a somewhat bumpy ride so far.....very powerful....I think that I feel like any "seeking" I may be doing is more of a search for a way to manage so much energy and information responsibly.....I am a student and artist, so money is an issue for me.... as a result I have been a little reluctant to just show up at a local yoga class and hope that they will be able to help me out....any suggestions about how I could go about finding a teacher here in Philly? love and light heather Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
