Guest guest
Sat Nam and Good Morning All! My respects and admiration for you all and my thanks to all posters. Dreams seem inexhaustible in their meanings. One technique that I find very useful is to foster the "observer". In daily life, one has a part that observes, and often quietly comments, say when one is being unreasonable and crabby, it tells you that. With a little practice, the observer is also present in dreams. You always know it is a dream. It seems to help the intense emotions and struggles. After a time, it is also possible to change the dreams, to affect them, and one's actions and the dream outcomes. The observer affects one's daily life, and event outcomes the same way. I think all for the positive. It helps one be more true, more honest, open, and a better person. I am not touching on possible meanings to the dream itself, or your personal experiences. Obviously, you are a caring intuitive person. Respectfully, Doug
Guest guest
Greetings Doug, I'd like to add to what you said, and you may take it with a grain of salt... I was dealing with disturbing dreams and found that sometimes it is a sign of liver problems. The body has a way of communicating to us and sometimes an interpreter is needed. Just thought I'd put in my two cents. namaste. mk
