Guest guest
Sat Nam All! I made some Cilntro tea last night and sat out on my porch while I studied for about an hour and a half. It wasn't too terribly cold but cold enough that my hands would normally start to react. I am glad to report my hands remained fully functional and warmed up quite quickly when I went inside. Maybe its subconscious but it seems to me there is a definate correlation between the metal content in my body and the cold hands. I drank it on an empty stomach and I could feel the effects on my body, it felt wonderful, I had many urinations after drinking it and each one made me feel lighter. I haven't drank any since and my hands are a little cold and weak again, as they usually are in the morning. I will make cilantro tea a part of my daily routine if I have to but are there any thoughts on what may be causing this phenomon? Thank you Satnam for the suggestion.
