What helped me a lot is meditating and contemplating on what people are like, what is their nature, including myself, and how not to be consumed with anger.. a problem i have had all my life. with practice one doesn't really even notice it, other than superficially, like one might notice a gnat buzzing around your ear! Being rather new to KY, i can't suggest a kriya, but meditation, prayer, and stoic philosophy have helped me. Don't sweat it! Sometimes anger is a good thing, it helps motivate you, gives you energy to right a wrong! But sometimes it is a stumbling block, and brings out crummy parts of us.
