Guest guest Posted May 22, 2003 Report Share Posted May 22, 2003 Sat Nam, What has helped me, with my hot Aries Moon temper, to be more calm and "off the rollercoaster:" Whoever inspires you to grow: Yogi Bhajan, or another being who is further along the path than yourself-- imagine that being sitting on the bleachers or in the car next to you, witnessing what you are witnessing. If Yogi Bhajan is going to be watching you respond to the situation, chances are you will remember to slow the moment down, as Dharam suggested, and to look the situation from the widest possible state of awareness. Why do I attract them. I will also work on strengthening and expaning my aura. As I have noticed when I am feeling like this I do not feel safe or protected so to speak.
