Guest guest
Dear Dharma, I wonder if you could post the Kriya for inner anger. I too feel so much duality in my life right now.Do people start to treat you different when you become a Yoga teacher? Does anyone have any insight or experience on that question. I teach almost every day and dont try to ram Yoga down peoples throats, but if people ask me about it I tell them how it has helped me personally. (Im talking about my family here) If I put a foot wrong or Im in a funk about anything, some of them have thrown my Yoga back in my face and told me that its not helping me at all. I dont even feel like talking about it to them as I think they think that I have to be perfect and handle situations perfectly. The teacher who trained me taught me to speak up for myself and not be a victim or people pleaser. I find that doing this is causing more arguments than I can handle. I know I dont go overboard with it. But why do people think that they can be rude to me and not have me react. This is not my immediate family Im talking about but my family of origin and a couple of friends. Sat Nam Anne Marie.
Guest guest
Graham if I may say... I am a Hatha yoga teacher since some time ago and I have been doing yoga for more that 20 years and yes, I have many people around that make yokes about it some other appreciate very much what I am doing but this is not the point... the point is how you feel yourself... the point is that you are not suppose to do anything for the other´s sake.. it is you only you... if you are happy, you feel it is good for you... that´s it..nothing else...many people claim thing and they have no clue what they are talking about.. thay belive that anybody being different from them they are crazy or snobish..you not not take care about it.. keep going but not for the others...for yourself.. sat nam Luis ----------------- ¡La primera peña de Primitiva con garantía de premio! http://loterias.ozu.es/ ----------------- Correo enviado desde http://www.ozu.es
