Guest guest
Thank you once again on your guidance Dharam. This is Robin. I live in Philadelphia[kundalini yoga is starting to catch on here] I would like to know where to purchase these special shorts you speak of.It is true for me that before I knew about the shorts and had been taking cold showers after the sauna at the gym, my teeth started getting more sensitive .The last time that happened was years ago when I was consuming a relatively large dose of lecthin which due to it's high phosphorus content was imbalancing my calcium. I did not know what was contributing to that sensation this time. Do now.Great advice on moving through the uncomfortable willys moments in the meditation. You can be sure that I will follow the suggestion. Sat Nam, Robin
Guest guest
Dharam on the run! Kachera are meant to be worn under clothing. Do a web search to study on these. I get mine when I am in India. Sometime people offer them at Solstices. Earlier today, I was having some other thoughts regarding wearing shorts in the shower. It occurred to me that if it weren't for clothing, us wimpy humans wouldn't be living north of Panama or Ghana. We're soft, sometimes pink, have no fur, claws or antlers and our teeth are pitiful. It is through our intelligence and ability with tools that we have managed to occupy places as wild as Antarctica and Siberia, and that is even a big stretch (you ever go out to start your car at -45 degrees Fahrenheit?) Wear Shorts all the time! Preferably fur lined ) (don't laugh, I got a pair) Ciao for now, Dharam Singh sparkofgod1 wrote: > Thank you once again on your guidance Dharam. This is Robin.
