Dearest Karin,

 

 

in my eyes it's the most hardest destiny to loose a child,

an accident or an illness are heavy enough, but this is also the most hardest

way

to loose a beloved child.

 

Allow yourself to be sad and depressed. This needs time to heal.

Just hear Ra Ma Da Sa and Lumen de Lumine (both CDs from Gurunam)

 

 

And speak about your grieve as often as you can.

Sat Nam Karin,

 

As far as a kriya goes...in the vien of being gentle with yourself....how about

just doing a few spinal warm-ups to get the energy moving and then practice a

pranayama?

 

Breathing exercises will connect you with the "breath of life"...all that is.

You can visualize the breath entering you as a radiant healing light...slowly

filling every cell of your being and sustaining your heart?

 

Or as Sonja suggested "sweetly" chanting Ra Ma Da Sa....allowing the sounds to

massage the pain.
