Guest guest Posted May 28, 2003 Report Share Posted May 28, 2003 Few months ago, I mailed a set of exercises to strengthen and improve the blood circulation in the feet ( If I remember it right, it was in response to Kishan Kaur's friend's problems with the feet ). This is a very simple and great set of exercises I can suggest. It is also important to strengthen the rest of the body, not just the feet alone. THe savasana exercises I had mailed can help a lot in this respect, especially for people with arthritis, as they do not have to stand to do the exercises. Pulling the kneecaps for a few seconds and then releasing them is an excellent way of strengthening the knees. You might want to check the archives on the above-related topics.
