Hi ,Robin Peterse here, Has anyone in the group taken the tele class

may 15 RE the summer solstice preparation? Do you have the teachers

name and e mail I took the class but my understansing is fuzzy on

how to shorten the sa ta na meditation sequence recommended on pg 95

of the morning sadhana book. Is any body in the group going to summer

solstice in Espanola. Do you know a good way to contact each other

there. No pressure I feel somewhat sure that it is going to be plenty

challenging as it is. Does anyone know why a women should not take

cold showers while menstruating? I will miss my cold showers.I just

want to say I heard that Yogi Bhajan said that with all the stuff

going on today we should'nt be knocking ourselves out so much with

trying to have the answers to all thes e oproblems that there may not

be answers to all tis but to get in touch with our ecstasy. That

things are not what they appear to be and that certain things just

have to happen in the process. Get in touch with your ecstasy. I had

done drugs as a teenager. I have been in love. The spiritual ectasy

that can happen is so much more fufilling .Kundalini Yoga,White

Tantra, Meditation is so fufilling healthy and grounding (and cold

showers} It makes me big enough recieve and give more and small

enough to merge Whoops I am not sure how to correct htis and gotta

get ready for work

ite Tantric events I attended Yogi Bhajan said something funny{on the

video} and soooo accurate he said smething like "Love is not the

mafia. It is not about I do this for you and you do this for me and

contracts It is sooo much bigger than that. during one of the

meditations I suddenly felt like a beautiful hand in a red velvet

glove{bear with me} was systematicall cleaning my heart. Each stroke

felt so exquisite that it was almost unbearable.I felt as if my heart

became clean and clear as a crystal. I weptin extreme ecstasy for a

good part of this.It has changed my ideas of what love is.

{family,society,hollywood,fairy tales. It is so much bigger I feel

more full, content,secure{with love still workin on some other stuff]

I heard that Yogi Bhajan said that with all the things happening in

the world today they're really are'nt answers.That things are'nt even

what they appear to be that certain things just sort of have to

happen but that it is important now to get in touch with your ecstasy.

I know many of you probably know for sure that he is definitely not

one to talk about being passive in a negative lazy or escapist way.I

think That when your are strong bright aware loving and healthy

because you are in touch with a truth that manifests ecstasy thats a
