I got lost in this message. I will look for Lifting the Veil but -- What was

the specific kriya for glandular balancing? Thank you

The kriya in question is called kauri kriya - one of the jewels of

yoga. The first seven sounds are to bring the body into balance. The

next four are to bring the mind into balance. The last eight sounds

are to open the shushmna and awaken the spirit. Thus it is a kriya

for balancing the entire system. Inherent in that is balancing the

glands. It has to be chanted from a low tone to a high tone. Once you

get the naad of that it is easy and beautiful and very good for your

health as you can rest in the sound and leave everything else behind.

If you were going to choose one mantra to practice for health, I

think, that would be it. It is considered essential for healers to

practice for instance, because they are dealing quite intimately with

others peoples imbalances, as well as their own.

Sat Nam,

I am wondering if the first seven sounds correspond to the seven musical

notes in India?...

Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Da Ni

SAT NAM,

Thats true. Those notes are taught in Indian music and

they are the basic 7 notes of music.

Thanks

Akkama

Sat Nam Sevasimran,

Where can we find the kauri kriya? I had a dream about this mantra and I believe

that I should use it for a 40 day routine..also I am experiencing great

unbalances in my glandular system these days and I think it would help.

Love and Light
