Guest guest
Hey there folks, A number of people I know, including myself, have been "guinea pigs" in a study of the affects of meditation on the brain. Researchers at Harvard do MRIs of our brain while we do what we're asked to do, which sometimes is slowing the breath or internally resonating a mantra. At any rate, Sara Lazar, Ph.D.., who has been overseeing the MRIs and has just informed me that some time has been given to the study on a PBS show. It airs tomorrow night (6/3) for the first time.
