Guest guest
How to stop intense symptoms of the awakening of the kundalini? (Original research work) It is described in shastra moving of the kundalini in different ways depending upon the dominance of the element. 1. Ant like movement 2.Frog like movement 3.Serpent like movement 4.Bird like movement. 5. Monkey like movement. One has to train his brain and make it extra sensitive so that he can perceive these sensations in his spine and know that kundalini is active and how it is moving upwards. It is very difficult to stop the kundalini awakening once it is awakened. Even lord Krishna has said: There is no fall for him either here or here after. For none who strives for self redemption (i.e. god realization) ever meets with evil destiny. When the fire of spiritual aspiration once ignited then it does not stop. Only way to stop is change your path and distract your mind from god realization. In the kundalini awakening process very few yogis are able to reach the fifth charka and then crossing it very successfully and then there is no fall for him and he will surely achieve nirvana in this birth or subsequent births. in case of the lower charka if we are able to cross them and then we get distracted from the path of the spiritual enlightment, then in same or subsequent births he is no more suppose to cross the same charka again. This process of spiritual awakening never stops. From the physical body (sthula sharira) information generated is conveyed or delivered to the all the bodies and atman (soul) and this knowledge in turns burns the sheaths of ignorance (Maya) around the soul. These sheaths are: 1. Annamayi kosha...sheath of matter 2. Pranamayi kosha...sheath of vital air 3. Manomayi kosha...sheath of mind 4. Vijnanamayi kosha...sheath of knowledge 5. Anandamayi kosha..sheath of bliss There is great similarity between this and the 'five sheaths' or koshas of the Vedanta A).the annamaya and pranamaya kosas (together forming gross body), b).the manomaya and vijnanamaya kosas (together forming subtle body) c).anandamaya kosas (forming casual body) The first cause is beyond all these kosas.when the mind used to merge in this first cause, he (Sri Chaitanya) used to fall into smadhi; this is known as the nirvikalpa or jada Samadhi. -Sri Ramakrishna we are bound by the laws of the karma and reincarnation and we don't know these laws, only thing we know is our meritorious deeds can make us cross the ocean of life. In actual sense by our deed we receive impacts on our system and which in turn slowly moves our spiritual journeys forwards. What type of karma causes impact on the sheaths of Maya and how much is out of our knowledge. we don't have to change ourselves in this process ,human psychology takes a turn itself and at one stage one utters the word," I am that" means I am Brahma. The change in the psychology doesn't necessarily mean that one has reached the god realization. By repeating mudras and mantra we create impressions on our system so that process of awakening gets started very easily. At the higher charka kundalini causes the change in physical activity also. I like to clear the thing that all these are psychic and these are perceived in awakened state of smadhi.all these chakras are in astral body. A yogi in advanced spiritual stages can see the astral body. These are the realms of the consciousness and experiences of these are like that of awakened state. If one wants to stop symptoms he has to distract from this path and even after that one will not be sure of the thing that process has stopped.
