Guest guest
Sat Nam, My nasal passages have always been dificult to breath through and i put it down to smoking when i was younger. Hence i have always had great difficulty in the past whenever i have tried any meditation when asked to breath through the nose. I have just tried alternate nostril breathing and discovered that if i pull my nostril out and down i can breath freely. Does anyone have any ideas what can be done to help me with this? It fills me with great hope that i can do these things through my nose if there is a way of opening the passages. I wonder if this is what makes me snore the house down also! Thanks Mick Calendar - Free online calendar with sync to Outlook. http://calendar.

Guest guest
Thanks Everyone for the advice about jal-neti. The problem i am having is that it seems the skin at the top of the nostril is blocking the airflow. If i pull back the nostril i can breath freely and easily through the sinuses. Will jal-neti help this? Maybe i should see a doctor? Sat Nam Mick --- Gayathri Narayanan <gaia3_71_03 wrote: > I would suggest jal-neti.
