Guest guest Posted June 5, 2003 Report Share Posted June 5, 2003 Cilantro Pecan Pesto 1/2 c pecan pieces 2 c cilantro leaves 1 jalapeno pepper~seeded and chopped sea salt to taste 1 tbs apple cider vinegar spring water or olive oil(as needed for consistency) Combine in food processor or blender, add water(olive oil) as needed for thick sauce. This can be used as a dip, spread on pitta bread or as a topping for roasted vegetable soup(yummy!). I have a great recipe for roasted vegetable soup?
