Sat Nam everyone,

Kauri Kriya sounds like a good kriya to do , I was thinking about starting on

the next new moon , I have a couple questions, , is this done in the

traditional meditation form ? Do you use Gyan mudra ? What is the timing on this

kriya ?

SWARA YOGA: 'that which makes its own sweetness" .

When I first saw the post one glandular Kriya (?) I knew I saw those syllables

somewhere . Russill Paul has a CD titled Shakti Yoga and there is a track which

contains the same syllables SA RE GA MA PA DA NI , the one is the booklet are

different,

RE is RI and DA is DHA . I think they are pronounced the same . This

paticuler raga is very long . Is Kauri Kriya a from of swara yoga ?

Asending the scale: SA RI GA MA PA DHA NI SA

Descending : SA NI DHA PA MA GA SA

SA RI GA MA PA DHA NI SA - SA NI DHA PA MA GA RI SA

The second sequence is repeated in varying speed but keeping the same tempo

(same sequence as above)

The THIRD sequence:

SA SA SA SA RI RI RI RI GA GA GA GA MA MA MA MA PA PA PA PA DHA DHA DHA DHA DHA

NI NI NI NI SA

The FORTH sequence:

SA RI GA MA PA DHA NI SA RI GA MA PA DHA NI SA

SA NI DHA PA SA NI DHA PA SA NI DHA PA MA GA RI SA

There are some good mantras on this one , Om Namah Shivaaya , Devi Mantras ,(the

first two involve some dancing) Bija mantras , Tantric Mantas and Swara yoga .

Peace , love and Light Sadhana KaurGet more from the Web. FREE MSN Explorer
