Guest guest
Sat Nam, My name is Clark, and I am new to the group. I live near Orlando, and have been practicing KY for about 3 years. In reference to yesterdays posting, I'd like to mention a few alternatives to prescription meds. First is garlic, a great antibiotic which can be used internally for immunity, and externally for cuts and sores. Of course, I am sure most have heard of Echinacea to boost immunity, and reduce duration (good for acute symptoms.) I good compliment to Echinacea is Goldenseal. Fenugreek is a good herb for mucus. AND DON'T FORGET TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER:) These are just a few common (not to be mistake for inferior) remedies. There are many. Of course self medication is good, but nothing beats a real doctor. Depending on where you live, there are many choices among therapies and therapists. In Love and Light,Clark _____________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web!
