Make fists with your hands and extend the thumbs out. Press the thumbs on the temples. Clench your teeth, lock your back molars, and keep your lips closed. Vibrate the jaw muscles by alternating the pressure on the molars, moving the muscle under the thumbs in rhythm. Concentrate on the third eye center as you do this, and continue for 3-11 minutes. Relax your arms and place them at your sides, with thumbs and index fingers forming a circle. Hold the pose and relax. Breath short, fast BOF concentrating on navel center. Good luck!
