I am on day 7 and with your support believe that overcoming this is within the realm of possiblity. I've been waiting to do this for years...funny how the consciousness works! The time is now. I am already noticing some benefit - I feel more alert and my belly feels lighter. There is really some truth to HALT when dealing with cravings of any sort. I do have the book Meditation as Medicine and was just reccomending it to a student last night. It is a great resouce - so I'll review it again for the meditation mentioned. I think that I'll also go to a few yoga classes - I teach at a yoga center that offers several different styles (I'm the only one who teaches KY), but it is a great way to round out my practise. If anything, this experience is renewing my committment to KY. I can not tell you how this system has served me and how much of an honour it is to share it with others! Bright Blessings everyone!
