Hi!everyone I'm new here.I've been doing chi-kung,yoga and

meditation about ten years.I've been searching for the right way of

spiritual practise, that suits best for me and couple of months ago I

tried kundalini yoga(as taught by Yogi Bhajan) for the first time

and I knew that this is what I've been looking for.Soon after that

I bought a book Kundaliini jooga by Irene Hopkins and tried some

kriyas and meditations explained in this book. All these exercises

seems to be so wonderful, that I have some difficulties deciding

which ones to do.Because I'm on a summer vacation I have plenty

of time to do yoga.I have some questions concerning my daily yoga

regimen.Can you do too much

kundalini yoga? How many KY meditations you can do in a row?

Can you combine different exercises from different KY sets?

Can I do exercises from other traditions(chi-kung),if I'm doing

KY on regural basis? In sodarshan chakra kriya meditation there's a

phase, where you hold your breath and chant WAHE GURU while pumping

the navel point.WAHE GURU is supposed to be chanted 16 times. Can I

do it 12,8 or 4 times? If I do it with full 16,I can do the

whole cycle of inhale/hold/exale/inhale/hold/exhale only couple

of times.3 minutes seems to be a minimum time in KY medtitations. So

if one cycle takes about a minute and if I'm only doing couple

of them,it seems to be enough.Am I right?
