Greeting to all,

I am pretty new to Kundalini Yoga...I have been practicing only for one month. I

have noticed that sometimes I feel nauseated during the end of a session but it

does not happen every time.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Julie

I experience this when toxins are released during the yoga set. Drink lots

of water! Also make sure when you do BOF the inhale & exhale are equal, this

will help the detoxing process during the practice.

And drink lots of water!! :)

I too feel very nasueic sometimes and I remember

others mentioning that it could also be due to your

nervous system unable/preparing to handle energy.

Thanks, SAT NAM
