Guest guest
I don't know if you are interested in poetry on Meditation,Yoga etc. Here is one...let me know if they aren't allowed. ANG : MEDITATION The water rolls gently in my mind washing the terror inside away My breath slow and steady calm serene. The inner calm I've never known searched for but did not know what exactly I was trying to find... I knew an inner calm I was lacking existed but did not know where All along it was waiting within the corners of my own mind. copyright Angela L Cole2000 ... -- To from this group send an email to: ThePoetrySpot Please do not E-mail the list to be d. Guest guest
my ex husband was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. He was attending a group meditation instructor course and went into mania and believed the mania was an enlightenment not mental illness. The second mania he had he became psychotic and attempted to kill me (even thought I had poisoned his mind with meditation and the yoga practices I did). In one of the books from the institute (taught by a Thai Master who has institutes all over the world) it said that meditation can be dangerous for some who have mental illness (it was in poor English and was not worded quite that way~but that was the jist of it). does anyone know about this at all?
