Guest guest
Sat Nam! Maybe someone who knows how to pronounce this would like to record it on there computer and make it into a mp3 and post it in the files section on the group. Any takers? It would be benificial to many people. I also would like to know how to pronounce many other mantra's correctly. So if you are keen don't stop there! Guest guest
Hello to all, I have recently have been warned by numerous people not to take Kundalini Yoga. They say it can awaken your Kundalini in an abrupt and harmful way. I really love this Yoga and do not want to stop taking it. I take it once a week so I do not feel that I am pushing myself. Should I have concerns? Namaste Jules SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month!
Guest guest
Namaste Jules, when you practice KY after Yogi Bhajans methods there is no danger, because all the exercises are designed to prepare your system, strengthen your Nerves, Glands etc... Then , slowly the Kundalini will rise and all your potentials will be realized gradually. You kind of give way for it to happen as you clean and nurture your system. Then everything will follow naturally. Be sure to tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo and use the kriyas as they are passed down to us. Do not experiment nor change anything - then you do not need to worry. Sat Nam Martin
