Eliminate leather or otherwise animal-based footwear, jackets even purses for now. Anything heavy that can pull you down. Coffee consumption can result in extra abdominal fat for some. Try Rooibos tea instead, or mint tea with Rice Milk. Yogi Tea is great but only if you go very lightly on the honey! Eliminate anything made with refined sugar, honey and especially, any flour, for a time and see what happens. Try chewing so that your food liquefies in your mouth before swallowing! Eliminate any iced or cold foods, for now. Eliminate any artificial foods and anything with hydrogenated oils. Do eat lots of fresh oils: olive, hazelnut, almond. Don't eat anything after 7 pm.
