Guest guest
Namaste Charles, i had skin-problems that were more of the dry-neurodermitic-type and i made good experience with cold showers in the morning ishnaan see archives): The blood is directed to the surface and circulation is increased. That helped a lot. Regarding Acne: reviewing your diet and eating habits seems to be a very good idea. special exercise: well ya'know: i love this mailinglist and there are so many wondeful yogis and yoginis here and many of them will be back from summer solstice in a few days and i tell you they will be lovely, radiant and powerful and equipped with a lot of experience ( you see i already starve for their answers) so lets have an exercise in patience until then ;-)) Sat Nam Martin
Guest guest
Sat Nam Charles, I used to be covered in acne! Do things that reduce the heat in the body. Check out an alkaline diet (basically veggies and fruit)...acid forming foods increase the heat....cleansing also helped (cleansing physically and emotionally). Just a few suggestions. Good luck, Sat Sangeet Post your free ad now! Canada Personals
Guest guest
In addition to Sat's wonderful advice, perhaps consideration of colon cleansing as well as taking out the bad fats as well as animal products from your diet. Based on education, not just my thoughts here, you will get confirmation to change or not. I have been passionate about health/wellness, including having a health business today, but seeing my husband free of epilepsy in 6 short weeks 25 years ago with "no" reoccurrence. It's amazing how our self healing body works when we feed it with the right stuff!! I would alos eliminate canned fruits/veggies and try to stick to fresh as best. How about adding some beets in diet with your fresh salad. Your liver will be very happy, but so will the other organs too. Olive oil with some garlic or basil to the beets would be so delish! I do best juicing mine with other veggies vs. just having them as shared here. Oh, try living without friend food as well as dairy products. Lots of info out there. New to this list, I am looking forward to continue learning and experience optimum health all around, not just by the excellent diet I live, but also getting more into KY. I'm exercise nut, but believe to help me get to the next level, flatter stomach, etc. including overcoming addiction permanently, I may have come to the right place to help me. I'm glad to encourage others in the areas I am best suited in at the moment: health/wellness, encouragement/speaking. One day I am praying to take my lessons learned here with wisdom with KY out to help millions who are stuck in addictions. I can relate to their pain "sadly" or even "gladly" as I've been in others shoes. carolg Kundaliniyoga, Sat Sangeet <satsangeetkaur> wrote: > Sat Nam Charles, > I used to be covered in acne!
