I feel immensely luckly & grateful for being registered myself with this highly powerful & enlightening Kundalini Yoga Organisation.I am running 63,& during last 30years, in my quest, to learn the techniques of self realisation I came in touch with various org. viz.Bramakumaris ,Yogada satsanga societies of Paramhansa Yogananda( HO Los angeles,)T.M meditaton of Mahesh yogi etc.etc.However I could feel a lasting effect. Now after going through the lessons on Kundalini Yoga and practising 31 minutes of Kirtin Kriya of SA TA NA MA with mudras & practising Mantra HAR,HAR,HAR,HAR Mukande----I feel highly energetic & wish to do this mantra more than 11 minutes. I also enjoy Bliss meditarion for 31 minutes. Now it appears that ultimatetely I have found the real path for my enlighenment & to achieve my cherish goal of self realisation. Sincew I have ample time, as a retired person, I would appreciate if I can be favoured with a daily intensive practice step by steps of 2.30 to 3 hours per day. As regards long deep breathing, since I had practiced Kriya Yoga meditation of Param hansa Yogananda I do easily deep breathing of four per minutes for continuous 30 minutes, I can practice it for a longer period also. Kindly advise how to develop the practice for longer period of deep breathing of 4 per minutes or less. I shall feel highly endebted for enlightening my on all the issues and other relevant issues for regular intensive practice of the same. With profound regards and SATNAM.
