Guest guest
Someone was telling me about a meditation to remove an ex you're having a hard time getting over and who is just lingering energetically from one's aura. It involves laying on the belly with the chin (major emotional pressure point there) flat on the ground and chanting (?? SaTaNaMa or RaMaDaSa??) while tapping the fingers in unison with the chant. I was told this wasn't in books, but is/was taught at Women's Camp. Does anyone know of this? Which chant is it? I hope everyone is doing well -- and if they're not, that they're working towards getting there! Guest guest
Sat Naam, ji's The Kirtan Kriya is effective for erasing energetic imprints of past lovers on its own, too, as well as other benefits. Also a woman can do to it on the stomach, resting on chin as you describe, for this specific reason. The main one -- maybe the most effective one -- they prescribe for women to erase these imprints on the arcline between the breasts, is Sodarshan Chakra Kriya. See below. Also Sat Kriya is said to help this process. But personally, I would practice just one at a time (like as a 40/+-day sadhana or just regular meditation after yoga sets) since they are all very powerful meditions just on their own. I uploaded the official Sodarshan Chakra Kriya instructions here on our list website: Kundaliniyoga File name: sckriya.pdf WAHE GURU! ranjit kaur >"Michelle" <TexasTribal >Kundaliniyoga >Kundaliniyoga >Kundalini Yoga Meditation to remove an ex from aura? >Sun, 13 Jul 2003 04:52:37 -0000 > >Someone was telling me about a meditation to remove an ex you're >having a hard time getting over and who is just lingering >energetically from one's aura. > >It involves laying on the belly with the chin (major emotional >pressure point there) flat on the ground and chanting (??
