Sat Nam Everyone....

Today is a good day to let go of everything that you have formed

attachments to, that "really" need to be let go of. These can be

certain ways of thinking and "seeing" the world...or ways of feeling

(emotions) etc. Remember the four horseman? Guilt, Fear, anger and

grief....it's time to cleanse the emotions and open the heart.

I am participating in a workshop this weekend... the topic is "Heart

Healing Intensive"...(Sat Nam Rasayan).

My teacher is speaking to us alot about, how the world is,

presently, (and how this is a reflection of the predominant

consciousness of humanity right now)...and where it is, that we

are "trying" to go in our consciousness's....as in living from heart

centered values and guidance.

The difference is...taking your guidance from the inner self (soul)

or taking your guidance from external sources

(example...media..limiting emotions such as fear).

We need to cleanse our relationship to our higher self. Clean out

any delusions we've developed about "who we think we are" as opposed

to who we truely are... relate to Sat Nam.

We need to cleanse our guidance systems. Are we hearing clear

guidance from the Soul? or are we muddled or unclear, because we

have these dark emotions and thoughts that muddy this experience for

us....you know like, the glasses you are peering through have a

coating of mud on them type of thing...for some people, maybe it's

just a coating of dust...for some the lens is clear and the vision

true. Cleanse what obstructs these pathways for you.

We need to cleanse our consciousness's. Thoughts, perceptions,

beliefs, emotions that support these two things I mentioned above,

being out of whack or alignment and not functioning for you as they

should.

As we move into a new world (new consciousness/Aquarian

Age)...our "old ways" will no longer work. The process laid out for

us is this massive cleansing...to be born again in the light. Some

will do that through consciously participating in this process, as

we all are....and others will do that through the process of being

physically, reborn again. At any rate the process is underway! ha

ha!

As my teacher has said to me before and has repeated in this

workshop..."It is time to strengthen our comittment to the

Light"....what that means is that, we comitt, to dis-empowering all

forces which work to pull us down in our consciousness. Example

allowing yourself to fuel thoughts of fear, anger, guilt etc is the

opposite.... to "walking or comitting to the Light.

It doesn't mean we don't have and experience such emotions...lord

knows we all do! That's not being questioned or denied here...but

the process becomes one of working with such emotions consciously to

release them and cleanse them from our subtle and physical body.

For example...when I come under the grip of fear...I have two

choices.1) I could fuel this experience with a whole crap load

of "like" thought....I could dredge up every experience that in my

view, supports such a fear and I could keep this emotion "really

alive" and kicking through this process. This approach goes nowhere

in the end...other than leads me towards more suffering and fear.

2)Or...if I am comitted to the light...I can have the experience of

fear and my first response is..."humph!...I wonder what this feeling

of fear is about?" "I wonder how this relates to my experience in

my enviroment/relationships...or ...what relationship does this have

to the enviroment that I grew up in?" The process becomes one of

inquiry...exploring...where is this experience/emotion born from?

I've had a conscious response to it. From there I can go to the

healing or meditative process where I can use prayer/petitioning God

for further clairty/understanding around where my limitation in this

moment lies and what I need to understand or release in order to

move forward in this moment....and the processs continues from there.

But being comitted means...I commit to the Truth...the Reality in

the moment...not to the illusion. Fear is an illusion...it's the

absence of connection to your inner light/soul/God. This is a non-

reality...we are not separate. Our "perception" may be that we are

separate...that's why we are experincing fear in this moment...but

that perception is not based on reality or the Truth. This is what

we need to recognize in that moment. That is the act of being

comitted to the light. Then when you make the comittement basically

to "find" the reality in your moment of fear...then the only options

become conscious choices, some of which I suggested above.

So it's a constant process of checking how you think, feel and

believe against Reality...what is Truth. Some may ask..."how do we

know what is Truth?"

In my experience it's a back and forth process between...listening

and hearing somebody speak about what they say is Truth or reality,

as it truely is...and then putting into practice the techniques they

suggest and then by this process...having/gaining the experience of

that Truth for myself. It requires a certain amount of trust/leap

of faith to begin the practice...to trust that if I do this

technique then eventually, I will have an experience of Truth that I

can fall back on and use to measure my perceptions and thoughts

against in times of adversity or commotionality etc.

Once you experience this process and begin to understand...that

reality truely works this way....no trust is needed, because it has

become your "experience"....it simply is....and experience is

everything in the Aquarian Age.

Everytime we choose to act consciously, we create momentum towards a

reality or world enviroment that reflects that same level of

consciousness...it is through this process that we change our world.

Remembering that consciousness changes in leaps and bounds when it

occurs...first we must create the momentum towars the leap,...then

BOOM!! We make the leap! It just happens....one it's like this,

then the next you look around and you suddenly notice, something

really significant has changed in me...people react differently to

me, I am experiencing different results from my actions...I find

myself thinking in a way I never did before etc etc. We feel more at

peace in the chaos around us...we become the lotus floating in the

muddy waters.

At the end of Summer Solstice Yogi Bhajan gave us a meditation to

practice for 40 days for 31 minutes. I'd like to share it with you

today, as it can also be used as a full moon releasing/healing

meditation when practiced with a particular hand mudra.

The mantra: (phoenitc spelling)

Sah-ray sah sah, Sa ray Sah Sah, Sah ray Sah Sah sa *raing* (mixture

of the word rung and ring)

huda ray huda huda, huda ray huda huda, huda ray huda huda huda

raing. (The "d"'s are slightly rolled "r"'s actually and the tongue

hits the roof of the mouth on them)

Sitting in easy pose...3rd eye point focus, eyes closed.

Hands begin at the navel point in prayer mudra (palms pressed

together)...begin extending the arms up towards the roof and as you

do form a lotus mudra...opening up as you get to the heart center

and hold open as you ascend. (lotus mudra is pinky, thumbs and

bottom rim of the palm touching, the rest of the palm is not and no

other fingers touch and the fingers spread apart like a flower

opening).

You will chant the Sah ray line of the mantra on the lifting of the

arms.....keeping lifting the arms up until the thumbs pass through

the arcline/ level of the 3rd eyepoint. Then...

Hands then go into reverse prayer pose (lotus closes and you point

the fingers towards the ground and backs of hands and fingers now

touch)... going back down to navel point, as you chant the Huda

portion of the mantra.....inhale and begin a again.

Sah ray etc... you go up...huda ray etc.... you go down.

Before starting set an intention to heal or let go of something that

has been coming up for you lately...remember whatever is arising for

you interms of turmoil/challenge, is what needs to be worked with in

this moment, in order for you to move forward most effectively.

I'd suggest doing it for the full 31 minutes to really release the

subconscious mind....but any amount practiced will help example 11

minutes.

May we all rise to meet the Aquarian Age...

In Light and Love,

Sat Sangeet kaur

How do we know that our "higher self" or "oversoul" exist for our

best good?

Dear Eric,

Can you expand...I'm not sure what you are asking me?

Are you asking me "how" we know we actually have a Soul that is always directing

us towards our higher good?

Or How do we know whether we are currently connected to our Soul and fulfilling

our highest good?

Or something else?

Thank you for your clarification,

Sat Sangeet

As per the course we recently attended, what he is really asking is

can the higher self be trusted to always have our best interest in

mind. The reality is, not necessarily, not until that relationship

has been cleansed of unwanted influences that are not actually of

the light, or God, but delude us into believing they are.
