Guest guest
Sat Nam Theresa, Numerologically speaking, you want to take your ONE (January the first month) and "add a zero". You want your ONE to be a TEN. Do archer pose. You spoke of being "very withdrawn in my conversations with people". It is not possible to be withdrawn, small or shy if you practice Archer Pose on a daily basis. (check out your Numerology for free at http://www.3ho.org ). For seven months straight I practiced Archer with Breath of Fire, five minutes on each side. Then I did five minutes of Frog Pose. I then laid out for 11 minutes and finished up doing this powerful Waaaaahaaaay Guuuuuuruuuuu meditation that you'd have to hear to appreciate. I haven't seen it in any of the books. This CHANGED ME, utterly! It was Gurucharan Singh who prescribed to me this set. He said do whatever else I want but make sure I do this short set everyday. That ONE will turn into a TEN. The ONE can be lonely, but with the Radiance of TEN its more like "Alone but not lonely". Yogiji has said that women, generally speaking, need to Archer Pose everyday and up to 11 minutes of it on each side. I guess this is neutralize effects of this masculine energy dominated world on the psyche and projection of women. It is good to come into baby pose after Archer and before the next posture. What you're doing at home right now is a good, good foundation. When you say "navel series", do you mean the Nabhi Kriya - Navel Power (kundalini yogakyt09.html)? If so, that is a great set. You can continue doing Sat Kriya, Kirtan Kriya but I suggest you do all three in one sitting. It is called "Aquarian Meditation". Do 11 minutes of Sat Kriya, 11 minutes of Kirtan Kriya (all aloud with navel point pumping with each syllable) and then 11 minutes of Sodarshan (http://www.sahej.com/Sodarshan.html). For your Inner Peace, you must stick with one thing to its completion. Be wary of any tendency to dabble and then move on. You need to finish anything you start. This is your NINE speaking. Calmness is a must and you get there through glandular balance. Still get "Transitions........" and work that meditation into your day. It will thoroughly work out your ONE (Heart-Head issues) And don't forget to sing, Dharam Singh BPL wrote: > Dear Dharam, > > Thanks for your messages and guidance.
