Sat Nam Dharam Singh

Could you please clarify the massaging the temples exercise for breaking old

habits. I am not sure what the correct posture is, which temple point

exactly the thumbs are placed on and if the pressure on the molars is

repeated with every syllable of Sa Ta Na Ma. This strikes me as a delicate

and intricate exercise and not one which can be tackled without proper

instruction. Also, what are the physiological effects of the exercise?
