Sahaj Sound Healing?

Sat Nam,

 

Does anyone have any info on this type of healing? I know Guru

Singh practices it and I read that him and Yogi Bhajan delevoped it

and just this evening I came across it mentioned again,listed as an

author's credentials...and then I come across an e-mail here,

suggesting someone go to Guru's Singh's class, just to be healed by

his presence!

 

Can anyone clue me in on Sahaj Sound Healing?

 

PS I am a fan of Guru Singh's lectures as well! The man definitely

has his radiant body working for him! ha Ha!

Satnam!Dharamji!& all , In Kundalini Yoga ,as taught by yogi

Bhajan ,by Shakti Parwah Kaur Khalsa, At page no. 61 some quotes

of Shri Bhajan r quoted one of which read as follows:

" In practical reality, these chakras are imaginary and nothing

else." Would U kindly put light on it.

Kindly also advise some device for slow, deep & long breathing to
