It's difficult to walk outside in the ambrosial hours and not respond with a long, deep breath. Same with smelling a pine forrest, or a beautifully scented rose. As we practice anuloma viloma pranayam our breath will change and we can carry that change off of the mat...maybe a reminder throughout the day of the wonderful scents of nature and the deep breathing that automatically comes as we experience the scent will help?
