Guest guest
Dear Group Could you please clarify the massaging the temples exercise for breaking old habits. I am not sure what the correct posture is, which temple point exactly the thumbs are placed on and if the pressure on the molars is repeated with every syllable of Sa Ta Na Ma. This strikes me as a delicate and intricate exercise and not one which can be tackled without proper instruction. Also, what are the physiological effects of the exercise? May I also ask you what specific exercises you recommend to counteract depression, and enhance memory and concentration? In a sense, I can see that ALL kundalini works towards this, but I just wondered. Thank you Fran Saunders >

I have not been to a class yet, as hard to find, but still books from library/videos may be my stating ground.
