Guest guest Posted July 27, 2003 Report Share Posted July 27, 2003 Dear Sat Sangreet, Doing LDB with each of these types of exercises inhale hold MB at the end, then standing for some time to let the energy (electricity) course and balance before the next leg and exercise, developes balance and strength in the nervous system and magnetic field. At the end of powerful LDB in archer pose, one way is to inhale hold, MB, press the shoulders back, chest forwards, then tighten the whole body, hold for 10 sec or longer, then exhale and repeat 2 or more times. This also strengthens the nervous system, metabolism and magnetic field. All these effect the central vagus nerve. If done during morning sadhana, no one will fall asleep.
