Sat Nam to everyone who is interested,

 

One of the most helpful things about kundalini yoga is that it can

help us deal with our karma. Our karma is our body, and also the

circumstances we have grown-up in and which has patterned our life.

If we look at our karma number (month) we will see which spiritual

body has to work, be turned on, so that we can keep up and deal with

our karma. In kundalini yoga there are a variety of exercises and

short sets that are very specific to each individual spiritual body.

But as far as karma goes, the tendency is to not want to do it

because in that area of our being there is a bit of a weakness, a

tendency to stuckness. But if we find something simple that

corresponds to the karma number, and commit to doing it, then we can

find the energy and the consciousness needed to keep up, move

through our karma and not be destroyed by it, which is what happens

to many people, especially nowadays, when we are all called to

unload a huge well of karma built up during this past age. But if we

keep up in this way, we will be kept up, and the world will not look

so bad, and neither will we feel so bad as we march on.
