New Moon Meditation for 11?

Hello,

I recall seeing this meditation but I don't remember the book. I know you need

11 people to be participants.

It has a wonderful healing power.

Please help if you know this one, Thank you AND love to all!

Dear Is e...are you asking for directions?...or for us all to help out by

practicing it?

 

Here are the directions if anyone needs them:

 

"Tantric Healing Circle"

 

 

1) must have atleast 11 participants.

 

2) only to be practiced on the full moon, new moon or 11th day after the new

moon.

 

3) Sit in a circle and hold hands...do not release the hands until the

meditation is over! Close the eyes, focus 3rd eye point, as you would for

meditation.

 

4) one person chants out loud "Wahe Guru" to begin...and then the group answers

"wahe Guru" back ...it's a call and answer. The caller changes everytime

though.

 

5) So then then caller says, deeply form their heart...."Sat Nam" to the person

on their left.

 

6) then the person , on the left, who just recieved the Sat Nam, then becomes

the caller and then the group answers back and it continues like that.

 

It's a very beautiful experience...to hear the group echo back your call to the

Divine.

 

It can be practiced 11-31 imns.

 

This is a meditation to be respected. Only practice it on the days noted above.

 

My teacher advised us, when he taught us this

meditation, to have someone who monitors

outside of the circle (so 12 people would be

needed in order to do this) and they can watch

how everyone is doing etc and end the meditation

if someone starts to get really uncomfortable etc

and it looks like they can't continue...because you

can't let go off the hands until the meditation is over.
