Namaste,

 

When we are not using both hands for Mudra, it is preferable to have "Drona

Mudra" for the free hand. This mudra can be held by keeping fingers to

gather and making a cup of the hand place it on the knee.. However, you

might be in adharasana - keeping back straight and erect.
