Guest guest
Dear Namaste, When we are not using both hands for Mudra, it is preferable to have "Drona Mudra" for the free hand. This mudra can be held by keeping fingers to gather and making a cup of the hand place it on the knee.. However, you might be in adharasana - keeping back straight and erect.
