OM SIRI RAM JAI RAM JAI JAI RAM. It was originally taught as a group

meditation from the sufi tradition, and is an example of the

inclusive nature of kundalini yoga. You form a circle, everone

touching each others shoulders. Another circle is formed inside the

first. The outer circle move in a left direction; the inner circle

in a right direction. Everyone chants/sings the mantra, swaying and

moving. -
