Dearest Ricardo, do you use the Adi Mantra: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo? With this Mantra you are connected with the golden chain of teachers and you are also connected with your inner teacher/your higher self/ your soul - no malignant spirit can do anything, if you are connected with the light! You can also use the very power- and helpful prayer teached by Gurunam: Love before me Love behind me Love at my left Love at my right Love above me Love below me Love unto me Love in my surroundings Love to all Love to the universe Then do the same with Peace and Light. All malignant spirits will run away!!! If this shouldn't be enough try Lumen de Lumine or take the new CD Mystic Light, it will help you to connect yourself with the Christ Force. There is another mantra to melt negativity: Aap Sahaa-ee Hoaa, Sachay Daa, Sachaa Dhoaa, Har, Har, Har... Love, Peace & Light to you & the whole group Sonja
Guest guest
The physical manifestation of fear is due to lack of oxygen. I had briefly explained this in a couple of my past mails. So, I would suggest long, deep breathing practise for at least a few minutes. You may want to check out my mail with the subject line "More on breathing", to do this in a very effective manner.
