Greetings All!

I'm a relative newcomer here, although I've never posted anything before I've

been following the discussions for several months now.

I broke my next 35 years ago and I am paralyzed from the shoulders down with

only partially use of my arms. I began exploring kundalini and Tantra about

eight months ago as a vehicle for cultivating a new relationship with my body.

Throughout the past 35 years I have pretty much related to my body as a burden,

something to be over come and forced into submission by my will in order to

achieve my goals. That strategy has taken a toll and last fall I came to the

realization that in order to properly care for my body as the vessel of my

spirit so that I may continue the work that has been given to me I need a new

relationship with it, one that will lead me to cherish and care for it.

Does anyone have any experience working with persons in my situation, comments,

or ideas about adapting kundalini practices for those of us with spinal cord

injuries?

Sat nam,

DonaldAct like you know what you're doing and maybe it will help.
