Guest guest
Hello, I'm anxious to get started and to learn more abuot kundalini yoga. I've looked over the lessons on the site. I bought a few books also. However I have NO idea what to do first. That is, do you do the lessons chronologically? Do you jump around to address the issues you want to deal with (eg depressions- lesson and excercise?). I assume you start with meditating everyday but at what point do we interject all the other meditations? AND too, hwo can you possibly do all the ones (pertaining to you) in a day or even a week if you want to practice them. I guess I would like to know what the average 'beginners' or intermediate's day in KY looks like. thx so much- anxious to embrace this! Aruna. Guest guest
A good start is to get into your own free numerology (http://www.3ho.org) There is much to know. Direct experience is best. Do you have "Transitions....."" by Gururattan? That is one very complete guide with several important basic start up points included early in the book Gotta sleep, Keep up! Guest guest
Hi, I have some previous years experience but, have not been practicing much until last January. So I am re-starting my yoga practice. I am doing two kriyas alternately every morning and evening meditations when I can. Always tune in and you will feel more confident in what to do. The basic spinal energy set is great to build up energy. I love the effect of Kirtan Kriya as an evening meditation although I sometimes have strange dreams, I think it is emotional cleansing. Just go at your own pace and enjoy the journey
