Hi wanted some advice on what kiriyas and meditations would be most effective.

Nabhi set really helps, but it is hard to sustain calm feeling throughout the

First, make sure to Tune In properly (

kundalini yogakyt03.html)

Do the "Aquarian Meditation". Work slowly up to 11 minutes for each part.

Do 11 minutes of Sat Kriya

(http://www.susankezios.com/Kriyas/Sat%20Kriya.htm), 11 minutes of

Kirtan Kriya (all aloud with navel point

pumping with each syllable - kundalini yogakyt15.html )

and then 11 minutes of Sodarshan Chakra Kriya

(http://www.sahej.com/Sodarshan.html).

After you feel comfortable with 11 minutes, you can slowly work up to 31

minutes for each kriya.

Satnam! siri Dharam Sinshji!

In one of your mail U advised to do the "Acquarian Meditation"

upto 11 minutes each part.Since I m also practicing KY kindly

elaborate procedure for this meditation for my information.

Further, since, I am not getting website

"sahaj.com/sodarshan.html I would request U to kindly highlight

ptactice of Sodaeshan chakra kriya.

Sat Nam,

 

The Aquarian Meditation is the 3 "pillar" Kriyas that have been

taught and practiced individually, over the years.

They each have different effects, but when practiced in the sequence I

described in my other email have an effect that covers you in ways too

vast to try and describe. I will say that Kirtan Kriya , and this all

described, give you your "destiny", your resonate with acceptance of the

inarguable truth of Sa Ta Na Ma. Birth, Life, Death and Rebirth. For me

it's about sorting out all of what is and and finding my flow within it all.

Having now "found" your destiny, you then want to fulfill it.

Resonate with Truth, Bliss, success. That's what Wahe Guru brings to the

practitioner. That's what Sodarshan Chakra Kriya is good for.

You must practice this and find your own voice. It is a very complete

practice although I will do a full yoga set or Surya Namaskar

beforehand......And Always Tune In!

Just get started and if you have questions I, and others, will be here.

Finish up with One Minute Breath (20-20-20)
